ASSERTIVE NEGOTIATIONS

OVERVIEW

Negotiations are not tough, but negotiators can be and it is often ruins the chances of a successful agreement. If you can spot these destructive behaviours in yourself and your counterpart and work to neutralise them you are far more likely to succeed.

This programme gives you the core skills needed to ensure sure both client and customer reach a “win – win” solution. It appraises negotiation from both sides of the table and helps you to develop both the technical skills and the people skills needed to be successful in this field.

The course aim is to build on the participants’ knowledge and experience and challenge them with interactive exercises in various negotiation scenarios. It also teaches you how to use communication models to build and restore trust when negotiations break down.

You will have the opportunity to practice the techniques and skills required in successful negotiating and to receive feedback from both your peers and the trainer.
