Stress is inevitable – it is produced by nearly everything we do, whether we are learning something for the first time or repeating a habitual action, talking or listening. We all have ways of relieving stress but how many of us really face what stresses us and try to manage it or improve how we react to it?
The aim of this ½ day course is to identify your sources of stress and your current stress levels, to recognise the symptoms not only in yourself but in your colleagues and to use strategies, examined in this session, to control or avoid these situations or to constructively support your colleagues.
